3rd Line Support Technician

About the Role:
ebb3 is seeking a skilled 3rd Line Support Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be focusing on Citrix DaaS or VMware Horizon, providing crucial technical support, and troubleshooting for intricate issues within virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). Your proficiency in Citrix DaaS or VMware Horizon, coupled with some knowledge in storage systems, hypervisors, and backup solutions like Veeam, will be pivotal in maintaining the stability, performance, and security of our VDI environments.
This role involves a hybrid work setup, where you will spend three days per week at our Alderley Park offices, collaborating directly with fellow engineering team members and other ebb3 colleagues.
If you possess a strong technical background, hands-on experience managing VDI platforms, an understanding of infrastructure including storage and hypervisors, along with exposure to data availability and backup solutions, we encourage you to submit your application.

Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role:
ebb3 are looking for a proficient and detail-oriented Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will take on the responsibility of designing, implementing, and upkeeping robust IT infrastructure solutions, with a focus on backup and recovery systems as well. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will be working within the ebb3 engineering team, which is responsible for architecting and implementing NVIDIA GPU solutions for our customers.
Within the current environment, you will be working in a hybrid role, visiting our offices in Alderley Park 3 days a week to collaborate directly with other members of the team. As part of the role, you will be required to travel to customer sites for infrastructure and backup technology implementation throughout the UK.
