ebb3 Achieves JOSCAR Registered Supplier Accreditation

Demonstrating Their Dedication to Superior Service Delivery, Security, and Quality Standards

ebb3's JOSCAR Certificate

19/08/2024 - ebb3 are pleased to announce that it has successfully achieved JOSCAR accreditation, marking another significant milestone that underscores our commitment to excellence in service delivery, quality, and security.

What is JOSCAR

JOSCAR (the Joint Supply Chain Accreditation Register) is a collaborative tool used by the aerospace, defence, and security sectors to find pre-qualified suppliers that meet industry standards for quality, security, and compliance.

Major organisations such as QinetiQ, NATS, and BAE Systems rely on JOSCAR to streamline supplier qualification and enhance the integrity and efficiency of their supply chains. Suppliers who are part of the JOSCAR register have undergone a rigorous assessment process, including the submission of detailed information about their operations, policies, and practices.

What this means for ebb3

Achieving JOSCAR accreditation is a testament to our dedication to delivering the best possible service to our clients, positioning ebb3 as a trusted and reliable supplier. This means that our customers in highly regulated industries can have complete confidence in our process and practices, knowing that we meet the rigorous standards set by leading organisations.

“we are excited about the new opportunities that this accreditation will bring, and we look forward to working closely with our partners to drive success for customers in the aerospace, defence, and security sectors.” Said Chris Brassington, CEO of ebb3.

At ebb3, we regularly work with organisations that have graphics-intensive workloads, particularly those relying on CAD/CAE applications like CATIA and Siemens NX. We ensure that these applications run efficiently within our Citrix and Omnissa (formerly VMware) digital workspace solutions, providing engineers with the high-performance computing resources they need to drive success in the aerospace, defence, and security sectors.

Achieving JOSCAR accreditation required a comprehensive review of our operations, policies, and procedures. This involved detailed assessments across several key areas, including:

  • Quality Management: Ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

  • Security Practices: Demonstrating robust measures to protect sensitive information and maintain the integrity of our systems. As part of this, ebb3 proudly holds the ISO 27001:2022 certification, meaning we operate under a stringent framework to manage and protect data.

  • Corporate Social Responsibility: Showing our commitment to ethical business practices and the well-being of our employees and communities.

  • Environmental Sustainability: Proving that our operations are conducted in an environmentally responsible manner. For ebb3, this involves the utilisation of GPUs in our Digital Workspaces to reduce power consumption and improve performance.

While achieving JOSCAR accreditation is a significant milestone, at ebb3, we view this as a foundation upon which we will build further improvements and innovations. Our team is committed to not only maintaining the standards required for JOSCAR accreditation but also exceeding them as we evolve and adapt to new challenges.
